  • 1 box Vanilla Pudding Powder, instant
  • 1 ½ tsp Yu Matcha Powder
  • OR 1 ½ tsp Yu Sencha Powder
  • Shredded Coconut, unsweetened
  • Pinch Sugar

Directions

  1. Mix instant vanilla pudding powder and green tea powder
  2. Fix pudding according to the product cooking instruction.*
  3. Pour pudding into 6 serving dishes.
  4. Sprinkle with unsweetened shredded coconut and pinch of sugar evenly over the surface.
  5. Broil under broiler until the surface becomes light brown.
  6. Chill until served.
