Return Window
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To start a return, please email info@yutea.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
