One-Time Purchases
- For any one-time purchases, cancellations can be made before the order is processed (usually within 12 hours of placing your order). Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may be eligible for a return or exchange under our return policy.
Monthly Subscription
- Subscription Discount: Sign up for our monthly subscription and enjoy 10% off your orders, plus the convenience of automatic deliveries.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account and manage your subscription under the "My Account" section or contact our support team at hello@yutea.com for assistance.
- Cancellations will take effect before the next billing cycle. If a payment has already been processed, it will apply to the current month’s order, and your subscription will be canceled for the following month.
Modifying or Pausing a Subscription
- You can modify or pause your subscription at any time through your account settings. Any changes made will be effective for the next billing cycle.
Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions
- Subscriptions canceled after the current billing period has processed will not be refunded. You will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of that billing cycle.
