- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 tsp Yu Sencha
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- OR 2 oz Agave
- Ice, crushed
- Mint, bundle and sprigs
Directions
- Muddle mint in glass.
- In a separate glass, mix well Yu Sencha powder in bourbon until smooth.
- Add Simple syrup or Agave to bourbon mixture.
- Fill the mint glass with crushed ice.
- Pour bourbon mixture over ice and stir well.
- Optionally, garnish with mint sprig.
