- ½ c Olive Oil
- ½ c Sourdough Starter
- ½ c Milk
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Lemon, grated
- ¼ c Apple Sauce
- ¼-½ c Brown Sugar optional
- 2 c Old Fashioned Oats
- ½ c Flaxseed Meal
- ½ c Whole Wheat Flour
- ¾ c Dried Cranberries
- ½ c Dates, chopped
- ¼ c Walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Yu Matcha
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Pour into a 13x9 inch pan lightly coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 375º F for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
