Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Yu Matcha Powder
- OR 1 Tbsp Yu Hojicha Powder
- 1 Tbsp Lucuma Powder
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 ¼ cups Milk of your choice, unsweetened (we used almond milk)
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Mix Chia Seeds, Yu Powder, Lucuma powder, and salt in a 32 oz mason jar. Close the lid, shake well.
- Add Milk, Maple syrup, and Vanilla extract. Close the lid, and shake well for 15 seconds.
- Leave it for a few minutes, and shake again. Repeat for the next 15 minutes or so, until Chia seeds start to expand and the liquid starts to solidify.
- Keep it overnight in the fridge, while pudding continues to get firmer. (Note: We made 2 batches in a 32 oz mason jar.)
- Enjoy with toppings*. Experiment with different toppings and have fun!
