Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Yu Matcha Powder
  • OR 1 Tbsp Yu Hojicha Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lucuma Powder
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 ¼ c Milk of your choice, unsweetened (we used almond milk)
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Mix Chia Seeds Matcha, Lucuma powder, and salt in a 16 oz Mason Jar. Close the lid, shake well.
  2. Add Milk, Maple syrup, and Vanilla extract. Close the lid, and shake well for 15 seconds.
  3. Leave it for a few minutes, and shake again. Repeat for the next 15 minutes or so, until Chia seeds start to expand and the liquid starts to solidify.
  4. Keep it overnight in the fridge, while pudding continues to get firmer.
  5. Enjoy with toppings. Experiment with different toppings and have fun!
