Ingredients
- 1 c Quick Oats
- 1 ½ Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 ½ Tbsp Lucama Powder (optional)**
- 1 ½ Tbsp Yu Matcha Powder
- OR 1 ½ Tbsp Yu Sencha Powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp Lightly toasted Flaxseed Meal
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 c Plain Almond Milk
- 1 c Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
- Mix well the first 6 dry ingredients, from oats to salt, in a Mason Jar.
- Mix the last 3 wet ingredients together and add the mixture to the Mason Jar.
- Stir the mixture with a spoon thoroughly.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy as is, or top with granola, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, and/or shredded coconut.
