Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 c Quick Oats

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Lucama Powder (optional)**

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Yu Matcha Powder

  • OR 1 ½ Tbsp Yu Sencha Powder

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Lightly toasted Flaxseed Meal

  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 c Plain Almond Milk

  • 1 c Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Mix well the first 6 dry ingredients, from oats to salt, in a Mason Jar.

  2. Mix the last 3 wet ingredients together and add the mixture to the Mason Jar.

  3. Stir the mixture with a spoon thoroughly.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Enjoy as is, or top with granola, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, and/or shredded coconut.
