  • 1 ½ c Fresh Basil
  • 1 tsp Yu Sencha
  • ½ c Fresh Italian Parsley, washed and dried
  • ¼ c Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Pine Nuts or Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest, grated
  • ⅛ c Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ c Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ c Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil

Directions

  1. Layer in blender as listed above.
  2. Mix until smooth and give it a taste test to see if anymore of the above is needed.
  3. Chill and serve with your favorite pasta.
