Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk (can substitute nut milk or soy milk)
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Yu Sencha
  • OR ½ tsp Yu Sencha Decaf
  • OR ½ tsp Yu Matcha
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Ginger, freshly grated
  • 1 Dried Fig

Directions

  1. Put the fig into the bottom of a medium to large mug.
  2. Heat the milk gently in a saucepan, and stir in the turmeric, ground green tea, ginger, and honey.
  3. When it is steaming hot (but not boiling), pour the milk mixture over the fig.
